Delivery: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns: We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 60 days of delivery. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer and must be returned to our warehouse based in Australia.
